About Me

My approach utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help clients manage anxiety, depression, process trauma, cope with grief and loss, navigate major life transitions, and improve their relationships. I strive to empower clients to achieve their goals and live their best lives, while prioritizing the creation of a safe and supportive space for exploring their thoughts and emotions.
