Frame of Mind:
A Creative Path to Mindfulness
This 8-week therapy group combines mindfulness practices and photography to help teens explore self-expression, build self-esteem, and develop tools for managing stress. Through hands-on photography exercises and mindfulness activities, participants will gain new skills while connecting with their peers in a safe, supportive space.

Why combine mindfulness and photography? As a former photographer (see portfolio here) I have always found photography to be therapeutic. Photography encourages us to slow down, observe, and see the world through new perspectives. Mindfulness helps us stay present, calm, and focused. Together, they create a powerful experience for teens to express themselves, reflect on their emotions, and build confidence.

This program has been thoughtfully to combine therapeutic benefits with creative exploration. Participants will discover fresh perspectives on the world and themselves, fostering self-awareness and celebrating their individuality.
