Approach and Areas of Focus
My therapeutic process incorporates the importance of the mind-body connection, and self-care into treatment. I use an integrative approach, combining aspects of the Biopsychosocial model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness, and Client-Centered Therapy to work with individuals, families, and youth. I work collaboratively with clients to explore barriers in their lives, and create goals that allow clients to live more authentic and engaged lives. Ultimately, the aim of the therapeutic journey is to enhance the clients’ self-awareness and relationship with themselves and those around them.
