Clinical Approach
I am dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting growth and live a more engaged, authentic life. I use an integrative approach, combining aspects of proven, evidence-based tools to create a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.

I see our work as a collaborative partnership. We will work together to understand the root causes of your challenges, identify what is getting in your way, and build practical strategies for meaningful change. In my practice, I emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection and integrating self-care as essential components for long-term well-being. Ultimately, the aim of the therapeutic journey is to enhance the clients’ self-awareness and relationship with themselves and those around them.
Clinical Modalities and Foundations
My practice is informed by the Biopsychosocial model to assess client concerns across biological, psychological, and social domains. I have completed specialized training in the following empirically supported modalities:

-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Including advanced training in Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT).
-
Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT): Specialized models for treating eating disorders and family distress.
-
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT): For enhancing emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
-
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): The gold standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety.
-
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT): A goal-oriented approach focused on constructing solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
-
Client-Centered Therapy: Ensuring the therapeutic agenda is driven by client values and strengths.
-
Mindfulness: Incorporated to enhance present-moment awareness and reduce cognitive rigidity.
